It is in the Alentejo region, within the Guadiana Valley Natural Park, that the largest and most well-established population of Iberian lynxes in Portugal exists. This lynx population is currently one of the most important in the Iberian Peninsula.
Our proposal is to walk through Iberian lynx territory, a walk of about 6 km through one of the wildest places in the Guadiana. Although it is very difficult to spot lynxes, we will certainly see traces of their presence, and today we saw this magnificent male who even provided some photos.
