Daniel and Teresa came from Germany to experience spring in the Alentejo region and its birds.
That white stork, immersed in the colors of the countryside in Castro Verde, was especially striking. But there was much more today; I would highlight the Whiskered Terns, Gull-billed Tern,in addition to the usual great bustards, little bustards, and black-bellied sandgrouse. And there was another splendid lunch in an informal spot in the Alentejo.
